COMMUNITY | ART | STORY & SONG
Siobhán Fearon is a storyteller, a folk singer/songwriter and an activist.
She was born in the UK, grew up a British 'Army Brat' and recently celebrated her 25th year living in Australia.
Siobhán feels a strong connection to her Celtic roots and to the Celtic traditions of story and song.
She has been developing her stories, poems and simple folk compositions in collaboration with guitarist Jeremy Rough for a decade now, writing and occasionally performing together.
Siobhán takes pictures and views portrait photography as a collaboration between herself and her subjects, working together to tell a story.
She resides in the goldfeilds of Western Victoria, Australia and is currently getting reacquainted with paint.
But nobody is visually naive any longer. We are cluttered with images,
and only abstract art can bring us to the threshold of the divine.
